Post How Do You Auto Assign Owner by Dept - 24-08-2008, 01:11 PM

Sorry if this is a newby question but I have been looking for a solution. i can auto assign the owner via the Manage Email Parsing by putting in a new rule which works for any email address in the queue.

My Problem is if a customer submits a ticket via the support site form how do I have that auto assigned to a member of staff as it does not go through the parsing section.

Rules for web tickets are not currently a feature. I read it will be added in V4 however.
