| How do you delete test tickets from history? -

This might be a noob question, but I'd appreciate any help you can offer
We currently use SupportSuite 3.00.81
We went through a long testing phase before we got everything working the way we wanted. During this test-phase we generated a lot of test-tickets.
I have removed all the test tickets, but I still have a few old ghosts that I can’t remove:
1. Reports, specifically the “Response Time Report” will still contain the history of all those test tickets. It is possible to mostly exclude them using the date filter, but I’d like to remove this history if possible. Nay suggestions?
2. One user account (a manager) can still see 2 test tickets, with the complete “conversation”. When I login into /staff with my Admin account, I can’t find those tickets. A search by “Ticket ID” yields: ERROR: Invalid Ticket specified. You either do not have permission to view this Ticket or it does not exist
Shouldn’t the admin be able to see all tickets? What would you recommend I try to clean up these orphans?
