From the staff cp I can see details about the file but I can't download it (no download option) and because it's private you can't access it from the standard supportsuite page. Please Help  |

This is an open complaint from us; no way to download files from the Staff CP and that should be an obvious option.....their solution was create a ticket and email it. I can't tell you how many eyes rolled when we heard that solution. You may need to hack it yourself, or PLEASE log it as a bug and make sure they realize we need this simple fix!
