How To Enable LoginShare w/ ModernBill

After reading up in the forums and trying to get ModernBill logins to work within eSupport i could not find a solution. After playing around with eSupport i came accross an answer.

Log into eSupport/SupportSuite Admin

Under Options On Your Left Hand Side Select Templates > Loginshare

Select ModernBill > Type In Your Settings > Click Update

Select Templates Again If Not Already Expanded > Manage Groups > Default > Settings

In This window you should now be able to select ModernBill in the LoginShare Options > Click Update

Now Try To Log Into eSupport/SupportSuite From The Client Side with your ModernBill Login Details.

Enabling this totally changes the esupport homepage and removes the knowledgebase, troubleshooter and news icons from the main support homepage...

Any ideas on why it does this?
