How the H-E-double hockey sticks do you do this?!

I have uploaded a bunch of stuff, set as private for the staff members to be able to download.

They are all up in arms as they can't download anything. They go into the downloads section, and when they click on the file subject, it just takes them to editing.

The actualy filename field is just text.

HELP!!

Private downloads are available to *send* to customers. You get them in the Reply tab of a ticket through the downloads drop-down list. It's not meant for passes downloads to staff members.

Aye. That sucks. We wanted to use it as a mini file repository. That would be an easy change for them to add a download link though. Would improve value infinitely for us.
