How to have complete ticket history emailed? - 16-09-2005, 05:35 AM

I can't figure out how to have the complete ticket history email out everytime the ticket is updated and it's emailed out to the group. Only the current text is included and when you have lots of tickets, the only way seems to be login to the helpdesk. Surely I missed something to have the complete ticket always included so you can follow it?

Am I to assume it doesn't do this? Only email the current response and not full thread of ticket?

Okay, wouldn't it make sense to at least have an option to email complete thread? If anyone has a busy helpdesk, how the heck are they supposed to remember the reply only?
This is almost a must! ?????

Neil:
It looks like this variable $postlist is supposed be able to allow us to have the complete thread emailed on each ticket.

Can we have an example on how to implement? We have enabled it in our system, but nothing shows up, so we are assuming that we need to add something to our templates to allow us to do this.
