How importat is for you the Kayako integration with ModernBill-V5 ? - 26-06-2006, 07:12 PM

How important is for you the capability of kayako eSupport to integrate with ModernBill V5, the most feature reach and used billing solution for web hosters and internet related services?

Can't buy that Kayako license until this is done and ready

From what I hear MBV5 will go final this Friday. I think kayako needs to get into gear and get this done.

I don't expect Kayako to have an integration completed right away. However, I would like a statement from them regarding the integration.

The lack of commits into the SWIFT framework does not indicate much - this has happened before and results in larger updates being committed at once. If you scroll almost to the bottom (or do a find) to the heading Changelog: Winapp Source you can se the last commit for the Winapp was actually yesterday, 3 commits in total.

Where is the winapp source? I thought the updates for WinApp were posted on the forums, and there has been no update since 06-06-2006.

I believe the latest CVS build contains the latest Winapp builds too. Accessible from https://members.kayako.net/index.php?_m=builds. Although I'm not 100% sure.

Well however it is done, my point still remains the fact that Kayako are developing their product.
