Is anybody actually using MB5? The import feature hasn't even been released yet. If you've got actual customers in your database did you just tell them, "Sorry, but your old invoices are gone"? Or do you have MB4 running at the same time? |

Hi, Unfortunately ModernBill didnt even add integration code into their v5 version. So what we have right now is a product that we cannot integrate into at all. We are in touch with them regarding this so hopefully they will complete the integration code and we will be able to port the current integration to v5. Personally, I would recommend that all MB v5 users request them to finish the integration code asap if they wish to see something concrete soon. Thanks. ![]() You know we are trying our best to improve everything here. We have spent quite a lot of resources both in terms of money and time and a lot of you will be seeing the results in the upcoming three months. Have a look at http://office.kayako.net, You will most probably notice atleast 1 new hire (Our target is 2) per week. Please keep us updated on this Varun. While its not Kayako's fault or problem it dictates if many of us can continue using Kayako helpdesk. |

Varun I just checked with my Modernbill rep and he says Kayako have been given the integration info about 5 times now and there is all you need available to get this done. Dont know where the disconnect is but maybe speak to Dan at MB. Thanks, |

Amazing, If they are saying that in public then I believe I should make our emails public too. Here is what I sent them recently. Quote:
