How much disk space/bandwidth?

Hi there All. We have just purchased supportsuite and I would like to get an idea of how much disk space and bandwidth would be needed for running it.

We are currently hosted on Host Gator on the Baby plan (600GB disk space/ 6000GB Bandwidth and were wondering if this was enough for say 5000 tickets per month.

Also any feedback on Host Gator. I heard they were very good for uptime but customer service may be a little slow?

The baby plan should work for you. We use HostGator for our website and has worked great for us. Although their customer service may be little slow but it is efficient. It will get the work for you. By default the software will take about 7 MB of disk space and 2 MB of MySQL space when installed. This will increase as you go about using the software.

Thanks for that supportskins, any idea on disk space say per 1000 tickets? are we talking about GB of data or more like MB?

Start with a 1GB space / 10GB bandwidth plan and change to a bigger plan as needed for that volume.
