How to not Fetch all Inbox - 05-03-2008, 01:33 AM

Hi.

I have a little problem with the mail fetch. I actually have Google Apps with the IMAP enabled, but If i create a new staff user, all the inbox is fetched by Kayako and create lots of tickets. My mail, for example, has about 800 mails in inbox. I just want to create tickets for the new messages.

Is there any option to avoid this situation?

Did you add Staff User or Email Queue? You can configure the Email Queue not to send autoresponder emails.

Hi.
Both, I had not considered that option (not to send autoresponder), but it still create all the tickets, even if no autoresponders are send.

I think that I found the answer, I have archived all the mails in Google (tested with 4 messages in another email account) and Kayako didn't create the tickets for those messages, only fetch the messages that was in Inbox.
