How to pre-fill some fields in the Submit Ticket form?

Hi,

I want past a more fields values to form ticket.

I want for example that Subject Field have "Sales ID: xxxxxxx" if the client select this option in others web page.

Any Idea ?

I'm also interested in passing AD field to custom fields, although i think this may be covered in the fieldfetch plugin that will be released in the near future
