I get more spams than tickets.

Anyway to stop these spammers?

You can use Parser Rules to filter out SPAM. Admin CP > Mail Parser > Insert Parser Rule

Yea, I think staff are now adding articles based on common questions which is cool.

A full spam filter is planned for implementation in V4. Until then, a lot of people are having successes either using Spam Assassin in conjunction with their POP3 boxes, or using Google Mail as a proxy mail box (whilst making use with supposedly one of the best spam filters in the world).

Has someone found how to deal with Spam?

(limitation : you need cpanel)

cPanel is the most popular control panel so I imagine many people will be able to take advantage of that addon.

Must admit, it looks cool. Gonna install it later to test.
