How to remove truncation in ticket view fields

I dont want the "..." at the end of the email address. I want to see the whole thing. The type of tickets I'm dealing with make it unnecessary to actually open the ticket. All I need is the email address, and these tickets will all be coming in via email, so I cant use a custom field. See attachment.

Open /modules/tickets/functions_ticketsui.php and find the following line :-

$record["t.email"] = htmlspecialchars(stripName($record["email"], 20))

and replace with :-

$record["t.email"] = htmlspecialchars(stripName($record["email"], 9999));
