How to send emails to staff when a customer updates a ticket - Kayako

Hi,

What do I need to configure the Kayako in order to automatically send emails to all staf whenever a user updates a ticket.

We get an email for new tickets but not for updated ones.

Do I need to assign an owner to get an email?

Hi there,

You need to configure Ticket Alerts in the staff control panel. There is more about this in the user manual.
