Hi, We have subscribed to monthly supportsuite. Our support area at http://samrantech.helpserve.com How should i set up to create tickets automatically when a customer sends mail to support@xxx.com? I want to do this: Our support mail id is :support@xxxxx.com When our customers send mail to support@xxxxx.com a ticket should be created automatically instead of logging into our support area. Regards, RajaRam. |
