Hi, I have 2 very basic /newbie questions in v3:

- How can I setup an autoresponse email with ticket generator capabilities (just as the online 5-days demo feature).?

- How can I integrate the support suite with my current website interfase? just as http://www.supportskins.com/support/index.php ?

You need to make sure you have set the Mail Parser correctly for the software to email the client an autoresponder when a new ticket is created. Details on how to set up the email parser has been explained in the manual.

- How can I integrate the support suite with my current website interfase? just as http://www.supportskins.com/support/index.php ?

You need to edit few to many software templates for the software to match your existing website.
