Use the <Enter> key in the signature to add line breaks or use a HTML line break <br> if you are sending out HTML emails.

I believe you are experiencing known bug #595. Please check the bug report and confirm or deny whether this is the same situation.

Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Issue #595 - Newline stripping in plaintext signatures

That bug will probably get a target version set for it once we're done with 3.30.00 stable (no promises but it seems very likely.)

well i guess it is. I don't have double lines in my signature, instead non breaklines, but you can count it to Bug 595
