has anybody gotten supportsuite to work with H-Sphere ? I defined the hsphere LoginShare with hostname cp.mydomain.com server port 8443 xml api url https://cp.mydomain.com/ in login group - loginshared was changed to hsphere but H-Sphere customers login fails are these the correct settings? anybody aware of an extra step I am missing I know the HSphere CP is allowing the server Kayako access I have tested this using simple telnet login from supportsuite website any ideas ? all are appreciated .. Thanks btw - I am running H-Sphere 3.0 p9 Thanks Barry |
