Hsphere XML API login share - what URL? - 25-05-2006, 05:12 PM

To use Hsphere XML API login share - what should go into the Scrip URL text box?

Also, do we need to put http:// bit in the server hostname and trailing slash after it?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Server hostname should be without http or trailing slash. It should be like server1.domain.com

URL should include the full URL using http.

Help with settings up H-Sphere access - 29-02-2008, 02:00 AM

has anybody gotten supportsuite to work with H-Sphere ?

I defined the hsphere LoginShare with

hostname cp.mydomain.com
server port 8443
xml api url https://cp.mydomain.com/

in login group - loginshared was changed to hsphere
but H-Sphere customers login fails

are these the correct settings?
anybody aware of an extra step I am missing

I know the HSphere CP is allowing the server Kayako access
I have tested this using simple telnet login from supportsuite website

any ideas ? all are appreciated .. Thanks

btw - I am running H-Sphere 3.0 p9

Thanks
Barry

In case anybody still needs help with this (I believe Bearman has already used this with success) I have written a different version that does work - you can see details on how to implement here...
