html <br> in each line when the user send an email

Can anyone *please* provide the patch this guy is talking about? Emails to his address go unanswered and using supportsuite.3.04.21.cvs.zendopen.tar.gz doesnt fix this issue. We just purchased and rely heavily on the email communications part and are stuck because of this seemingly trivial issue.

I replied all the emails that I got in my Inbox. Please provide me your email or email me again to get patch file for <br /> tags issue.

I uploaded the latest CVS & most of the bugs appear to have been resolved. The one that was killing us was IE 7 but it appears to be working now. The <BR /> also works.

Remaining issue:

Chat does not work with Mac / Safari but works with Mac / Firefox.
