Hello, I am interested to know how to change the emails being sent to clients to like those HTML emails http://www.2and2.net/files/460716eac0e5a.jpg Also, how to change the tickets font (client & staff side) ? Thanks. |

Those e-mails can be edited by editing the template files via the administrator control panel. You will find them under Templates -> Your Template -> Tickets. Most of the e-mails will be prefixed with email_* -------------------------------------------------------------------

You can do that by editing the HTML code in the template you have found (using <font> tags, etc.). -------------------------------------------------------------------

To change fonts for the helpdesk, you can simply edit the clientcss template. To edit the staff side you will have to edit the PHP or the .tpl files. Your PHP files would be encoded if you are on a leased license.
