Hello,

I am interested to know how to change the emails being sent to clients to like those HTML emails

http://www.2and2.net/files/460716eac0e5a.jpg

Also, how to change the tickets font (client & staff side) ?

Thanks.

Those e-mails can be edited by editing the template files via the administrator control panel. You will find them under Templates -> Your Template -> Tickets.

Most of the e-mails will be prefixed with email_*

Hello, thanks for the reply Jamie .. but is there anyway to find this HTML code at the pic above ? as I see it at many sites who use kayako as a helpdesk (so it might be somewhere at kayako?)

Hi Mostafa,

The HTML code for that is found in the template email_staffreply (in and around lines 26 to 33).

Hi Mostafa,

Have you enabled HTML e-mails in the administrator control panel? (Settings -> Tickets)

You need to change the outgoing email settings to HTML under:
Admin CP > Settings > CPU Optimization & Server Settings > Outgoing Mail Settings > Enable HTML Emails > Yes

You can do that by editing the HTML code in the template you have found (using <font> tags, etc.).

To change fonts for the helpdesk, you can simply edit the clientcss template.

To edit the staff side you will have to edit the PHP or the .tpl files. Your PHP files would be encoded if you are on a leased license.
