HTTPS problems - 08-04-2008, 09:23 PM

hi,

set the system to use https, went into general settings and made sure thats https.

Get major errors each time using HTTPS in the windows app (set the login to https), when replying to a ticket.

Get errors when using IE7 and https, get errors when using the winapp and https!!!

Teh site cert is aok, tested and retested.

Any ideas?

Make sure the URL entered in your software Admin CP > Settings > General matches the URL using which you are accessing the helpdesk with.
