I bought the Branding Free Option... Now What?

I just recently purchased the branding free option.
Is there some global setting that just eliminates the Kayako Links?
Do I basically have to go into all php files that reference Kayako and remove them manually?
What are all the php files that Kayako has branded?

A little direction here would be nice.

Hi Doug,

Just editing the footer template to remove the kayako copyright notice will remove the branding.

Alternativley look for the text in the phrases and edit it to your own details if you want to keep a notice of some description there.

Hi,

All the phrases/templates are edited through the adminCP, the line your looking for will be in the general tamplates footer - or search for the phrases in the phrase manager to edit them their.

Copyright information in the PDF files is hard coded and as of now cannot be removed. Kayako is working on an option to removing it as well. As for the LiveChat, it is possible to remove the copyright information by editing a HTML file on your computer. I am not sure of the file name - you can have it confirmed from their support. HTH

do we know if the PDF branding removal option has now been fixed? I too need to remove branding from this.

I do not think it has been fixed although you can contact Kayako Support to confirm it.
