I have enabled sms in admin cp. I have typed in my members.kayako.net username and password. I have put in a cell phone number for a staff member (in the following format: 6421123456 for Vodafone, New Zealand). I have purchased sms credit from members.kayako.net In admin, under CPU optimisation & server settings, it says the following: Enable SMS Gateway Toggle the Enabling of SMS Gateway, Kayako has its own SMS Gateway allowing you to receive Alerts right to your cell phone. For more information please visit http://gateway.kayako.net I tried to go to gateway.kayako.net but nothing comes up (ie, cannot find server). i tried gateway.kayako.com and that worked but i do not have a username and password. it looks like the eSupport v2 interface so i wonder if its for the old helpdesk software?? I am not getting any emails to the admin account saying there was a problem sending sms, and my credit at members.kayako.net is still at 100. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Robert |
