Hi Aparnav, Simply edit the email_autoresponder template via the Admin CP -> Templates -> Tickets -> email_autoresponder. Please could you let me know of your ticket ID so I can find why you weren't given clear direction? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi aparnav, After editing the template, rebuild your cache by emptying the cache folder of where SupportSuite is installed. Delete all files, except index.htm. -------------------------------------------------------------------
