Question I need to change the SMS template - 09-08-2007, 06:18 AM

I need to change the SMS template to included the Fullname field. The sms screen must look like this:

Ticket Assigned
AAA-000000: Please reload PC ASAP
Priority:Severity 1
Due: 1d24m
User: Angelika Raath
Contact: 0112329400
Assigned by: Barry Herbst

I tried to change the alert_ticketassign tempalte, and my chages does work, but I need to get the Swift Fileds for the data on:

1.) Priority
2.) Due In
3.) Fullname Field
4.) Contact Number

Any help please......

Thanks

Did you clear the cache directory after making the changes? If not you must do this before the changes will work. Simply FTP to the directory and delete all files inside.

Yes I did clear all the cache and my changes does apply on the send SMS. The problem is that I do not know what the code value is for the ticket FullName, i tried <{$ticket[fullname]}> but is not working.

Well by the looks of it fullname isn't a field that is defined for that template. Manual modification to the php files would be needed. The following directories are where you should look :-
/includes/
/modules/

You could ask one of the developers who post in the market place forum to help you (for a small fee) -> http://forums.kayako.com/f76/

I recommend SoftAir.
