Identifying post types through swticketposts - 21-09-2006, 12:37 PM

Hi,

Is it possible to tell if a post in swticketposts was:
  • an email that came in
  • and email that was sent out
  • a forwarded email
  • a phone post

Also ... is it possible to know which post is associated with which department? What if we change the department for the ticket? Can we still tell if a post was associated with the old department or the new department?

Lastly, does anyone know what the ids stored in the creator column in swticketposts represents?
