Cool IE 7 Almost Perfect - 24-03-2006, 03:51 AM

Just moved on to IE 7 as required in the office...we waited until Kayako showed IE 7 work in the build logs...

Everything works (AWESOME) as it should except for one spot: inside a ticket, you can click post reply. However, no other tabs such as forward or release work....biggest issue is the billing one obviously. Can this be fixed quickly? Anyone else know/see this issue and did we miss something regarding this?

Hi Eric,
Sure you are on the same path as installation URL? Say you specified http://www.domain.com/support as SWIFT URL and are using helpdesk as http://support.domain.com even if they open the same helpdesk can cause this issue.

We changed nothing upon upload to the new version....its still support.ejhassociates.com . What else would you mean?

Interesting, Will have a look. Thats the only issue with IE7 that you noticed?

That is it. Everything else seems to work as expected....I think. Hit most of the dropdowns and buttons.....didn't do things like predefined replies, but the one next to that for knowledgebase etc worked so I assume it would.


When you select Billing, for example...it switches to "loading..." and just sits there.
