IE 7 & Mac: Issues Latest built

Built: Version: 3.10.00 (CVS) - 20 Jan 2007 01:13 AM

We have had this issue with prior releases and considering all my complaints in the past I decided not to raise this issue again.. the problem is now a daily event with the latest built.

When someone in IE 7 is chatting with us after the first 2 or 3 exchanges keeps getting all of our communication pasted on their chat window again.. last week we had to abandon the chat and contact the visitor by exchanging phone numbers so we can talk to them.

The welcome message is passed 3 or 4 times to the visitor and we get their responses a couple of times.. every so many seconds the entire conversation gets posted back to the visitor's chat window.

This is true for Mac and IE 7 users.
