Lightbulb If kayako fixes all bugs and problems how it is going to make money for upgrades - 15-04-2008, 02:15 PM

Just my thought!

supposing kayako is faster in upgrading and fixing the problems then people have less motives to pay for upgrades

and let me give you all

I think when the next upgrade comes my 6 months free upgrade time is already over

Hi jnet,

Once we are able to fix bugs in larger numbers than what they are reported, then we would be working on other improvements to the software - including the addition of more feature requests.

I am not sure what you mean; we do not have a biannual release cycle; we try to make releases more often than that.

I would be glad if all bugs were fixed so they can concentrate on implementing feature requests.
