OK I go to my staff control panel and I see some comments
But how am I supposed to know what comment belongs to what article

I do not know how long this kayako software has been around
but I do not understand why such a common sense things have not been considered.

some body sends a comment.

and for heaven's sake how am I supposed to know what article he is talking about?

Oh, I totally agree with you here on this. Kayako has many small issues that make no sense at all. I have posted many feature requests in the early days about this.

I agree, I guess they should correct such issues with regular stable build releases. I do not suppose it would be too hard to implement.
