I've 2 license of
SS and i dont know if i've saw all but i'm very disappointed about this software.
Have nice graphic interface, but the functions are very few and have also some huge management of that.
- I dont find any balance for the load fot the staff
- Any memeber of staff can do anythings with tickets (this is very huge management)
A client submit a ticket, any staff memeber can set that the owner is the other operator, when the other operator see the ticket he can change again and assign the ticket to another and so on. Now im installing it in a public administration. The result of this management is that anyone can assign to another and dont solve the ticket......bhà
- Anyone can edit the ticket. If i disable in group management also the author of the post cant edit it.....
- The escalation is huge too. I was looking for a method to assign automatically a ticket to once of the operators (depending on the load of the ticket that they have answered or assigned) But in this escalation i can just assign a ticket to an operator (the same) :S
I hope that is my falls and i dont have studied it. But at the moment im very disappointed for kayako functions.
