I can never ever submit support tickets or get kayako esupport help because captcha image verification NEVER works on my macintosh G5 imac 10.4.11 using Safari, Camino or Firefox -- It never fails, in that it NEVER WORKS!  Why? And how the h3ll am i supposed to get help from sites that use a system that never works? this is extremely frustrating since so many cheapskates out there apparently use this system primarily built for winduhs users. |
