Images not displaying - Kayako

Hi ,
I've re-instated supportsuite on our server from scratch, it appears to working ok, but suddenly I find that all images are not displayed , just the placeholder shows with the red cross. Has anyone got a quick remedy ?

Admin CP -> Settings -> General -> Add a forward slash to the end of Product URL -> Update Settings

Hey thanks craig, you're dead right, that was the last thing I did before it went pear shaped. only snag is, I can't get to the settings in the AdminCP now because the menu bar doesn't appear. Will it be easier to just re-setup ?

Not really, just go into phpMyAdmin and search the entire database for references to the URL. There will be two, one in settings and another in a cache table. After this, clear the /cache/ directory.

Hey Craig, found one instance of our url in swsettings table but nothing else, do you know the 'other' exact table name ?

Thanks, did that. didn't cure problem, restarted MySQL,IIS etc.. ended up just re-running setup.
