| IMAP delete email message -

I'm using IMAP. Every time the cron keeps running every 5 minute, the new email messages are disappear. It doesn't tell me I have new tickets. (But I have set up alert, it's working). I want to keep email messages in my mailbox. Does IMAP keep message or delete them? Another question: For alert, is it same as notification? I don't receive autoresponder for new ticket so I set up alert. With alert, I cannot reply that ticket in mail client because the header says From: correct_name <my department email> | Reply to: <my department email> and To: <my alert personal email>
