Hi, We have a eSupport database from the hosted service. We have recently bought a SupportSuite licence. Is it possible to import the eSupport database into the SupportSuite database. I am assuming I can't just delete the SupportSuite database and put the eSupport one in its place (with same name, username and password). I am assuming the SupportSuite database has more tables becuase of LiveSupport. Can anyone assist? Thanks. |
