Import/export/InstaAlert/LiveReponse not working on my site - 12-02-2006, 01:10 PM

Hi,

I just started using supportsuite v3.00.32 monthly leased version (ioncube). The problem I encountered during configuring this software is that when i tried to import a language xml file I get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class xml in Unknown on line 0.

I get this error right away when I click on Import/Export. This also happens when I try to import/export templates.

When I try to use InstaAlert i get this message:

Created: 11/02/2006 02:22:34

11/02/2006 02:22:18 Failed to get ticket data from server. Error: 'Received unexpected response from server (invalid header)!

Data: ( Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class xml in Unknown on line 0 )'


And I get this message when I try to use LiveResponse:

11/02/2006 02:25:02 An error occurred while attempting to communicate with the server:

Hi,
Don't know about the Live Response issue (not using it), but I had the same problem with instaalert.

Try this. Go to http://yourdomain.com/support/instaalert/index.php

This generates a code (I think it activates something as well) and after this is done, you should be able to login to instaalert by inputting the url to your instaalert in the login box.

Hi,

Thanks for the response, but it didn't work.

I believe the problem has something to do with xml parsing or something, because i receive the same error for:
- InstaAlert (trying to connect)
- LiveResponse (trying to connect)
- Admin: Importing/exporting Templates and Languages
- Staff: Importing/exporting Knowledgebase and Trubleshooter

error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class xml in Unknown on line 0

Hi all,

I just wanted to let you all know that with the help of kayako these problems have been solved.

It was a problem with the php accelerator i had installed on my system.

It took some time, but the help from kayako was good.
