Well first thing to to is to make sure the Ticket and Knowledge Base modules are installed on both servers. If the tabs are listed in the ACP, assume they are. Also, make sure both are running the same version. Next, take backups of both databases. Finally, go into phpMyAdmin for the install you want to copy from and go export. Either export all tables starting with swkb or swticket. Select "Add DROP TABLE" and save the file. Then, go into the other install's database and import in.
