When editing a ticket's properties (using the edit tab) my changes to Subject, Email and Full Name function seem to register with the database, but don't display in the actual ticket. IE Ticket author is Mary with the email mary@blank.com I edit the ticket to change the full name to Jim and the email to jim@blank.com update Viewing the ticket still says Mary at mary@blank.com |

Are you referring to the ticket post or ticket properties which does not reflect after you have made the changes?
