All emails now received into the Kayako Ticket system have a CC atached I have tested from various emails into kayako without adding ANY CC's however when clicking reply in the ticket window theres a CC which is invalid i.e email into kayako from company@domain.co.uk , to support@mywebsite.co.uk When clicking reply the tickets reply address is correct to company@domain.co.uk however there is a CC user such as 12-support@mywebsite.co.uk which obviously results in an email error message being returned into the board and re-opening the ticket. Any suggestions on this ? Just updated to Kayako 3.04.00 Stable Please.. its driving me insane ! |

Hi, Can you please enable debug reports as described at: http://support.kayako.net/index.php?...barticleid=111 and forward the report to me at varun.shoor AT kayako.com? Thanks. Regards, Varun Shoor -------------------------------------------------------------------
