I am using Outlook 2003 to send a message to the helpdesk. The message is sent using HTML format, but this happens with Rich Text format also. The problem is when the message comes into the help desk the ticket shows with extra line-spacing, e.g. my signature line looks like this: Clifford Helsel Project Manager The Solution Cafe http://www.thesolutioncafe.com Any ideas how to fix this problem? This is the second of two quite apparent bugs which I've experienced in only the first two hours using the software. Thanks, Cliff. |

Just confirm if you have *not* used line breaks in your signature which you entered within the software. That can cause such an issue.
