Inconsistent Date Formats

I'm testing 3.10.00 CVS that I just installed. I notice that when I select a date from the popup calendar it uses M/d/yyyy which is good. When I go to the BILLING tab in a ticket, the date comes up DD/MM/YYYY (30/01/2007). Looks like inconsistent formats which could be deadly if they are stored wrong!

Looks like the date formats and calendars in the REPORTS section are also screwed up. The reports section opens in a d/m/y format but when I select the date it saves back to the field as m/d/yy format.

Q/A team needs to work a little harder and have a structured checklist for quality assessment.
