Incorrect Department - 13-03-2007, 05:40 PM

I just upgraded to 3.10.02 and now when I move a ticket from Dept A to Dept B, everything looks good. However, when the system refreshes itself, it shows me the tickets I just moved from Dept A to Dept B still in the list for Dept A. But if you click on the ticket and open it up, it says it's in the correct dept and if you refresh the page at any point the Ticket will disappear from Dept A's list and show up in Dept B's list. But the problem comes back and the ticket is once again in Dept A's list when the system refreshes itself.

Any ideas?

Just a bit more info... The ticket count is always correct. It may show 4 open tickets for that dept and that is correct, but it shows 7 tickets in the list (3 originally came into this dept but were moved to another dept). Again, if I refresh the page, it shows me the correct list, but when the auto refresh kicks in, those tickets are wrong again.

Unfotunately, that's not the case. Like I said, if I refresh the page myself the tickets that have been moved go away. If I wait 1 minute later (I have set the page to refresh automatically every minute), then the tickets that have been moved come back. I can duplicate this all day long. I've cleared my cache just for giggles and problem remains. I'm not sure what the difference is between me refreshing the page (which clears the tickets out that have been moved) and the page refreshing automatically, but when it refreshes automatically (every minute) the tickets that have been moved to a different department show up again.

I figured it out... it's refereshing back to the View All... and since I have access to the other depts, then I get to see all open tickets.

Sorry for bringing this one alive but is there a way not to auto-refresh to View All but to current Department ?
