Initial Live Response Form

Hi,
I just purchased the support suite and am trying to setup my live response the same way my old system works. Instead of having a graphic that says "live support online," I use put a form on the page that has name/email/initial question.

Is there a way to do that with live response?

I'm using the hosted version.

No - unfortunately not without some hacking and modification.

I managed to do this. Once I figured it out, it was only 3 lines of code.

I have an "owned" version. We went over that when I asked if you could do it.
