Insert Break Lines - 25-08-2005, 12:22 PM

Hi

Am i being daft here or is there any way to insert break lines?

I can only see manage break lines.

Hi,

Go into the manage breaklines option, above the list of current breaklines there is an insert option - it's only small text just below the "Breakline List" table header.

I am having the same problem.
there is no way to select a breakline.
I have an open ticket and no reply.

What I did guys is edited the email reply email template and added at the top of it:

====== Please reply above this line ======

So when they hit reply - anthing typed above that is only in the ticket reply.

It sometimes contains:

At 3:30 on 03/10/06 someone wrote:
====== Please reply above this line ======

but it helps.

We have this issue also.. Seams to happen when GMail or ThunderBird Email Clients reply as TEXT... If the Client sticks with HTML, there are no problems

With the TEXT Replies, the Breaklines are working.. but we get this as a result:
