Insert Staff not working

I'm having problem creating new staffs.
I've entered all the required fields as well as the optional fields. However, after clicking 'Insert Staff', I was brought back to the Staff list with no new staff added.

Therefore, I only have one user in the system at the moment - admin.

I've followed the advice of one of the thread in here regarding the same problem where clearing cache and cookies worked for that person. However, it did not work for me.

What can I do?

Running - the Owned (with Source Code) version of Kayako version 3.00.31.

I had the same problem. I fixed it in the mysql 5 configuration, choose a non transactional database, myisam tables, and strict mode off. This should fix the problem, and any other sql errors you get.

I'm having this problem also. I'm not sure how to perform the above steps. I'm using PHP My Admin. Could someone walk me through how to make the aforementioned changed to my database?
