Inserting knowledgebase articles with images

Hi All,

I was wondering when inserting a knowledgebase article with images, is it possible to have them stored in the database? At the moment, it's really tedious hosting the images in a folder.

Yes, this is a basic feature needed for knowledgebase.

I believe there is a feature request for this posted at bugs.kayako.net. As of now using HTML codes in your KB article is the only feasible method to insert images.
