OK, I have my staff inserting tasks to remind them of things they need to do and to keep things organized.
I wanted to know is there any way to organize the Tasks?
For examlpe when someone creates a Task they can choose to have it organized through lets say Support, Returns, Orders, etc?
So that when they go to view the tasks, they can look under each one to see which tasks are available and need to be done?
Also is there a way to have it show how many tasks are due in a particular day in the calendar? I know you can see Events but I dont see any options for Tasks. |
