| New Member Posts: 2 Join Date: Sep 2004 |  Installation problem with 'owned' version - page hangs on loading, httpd uses 100% cp -

I followed the (incomplete) instructions that come with the tar.gz however when i attempt to run the setup.php script the web browser doesn't do anything, and the httpd process on the server uses 100% cpu. Has anyone come across this problem and had a resposne from kayako and resolved it? I've sent a support ticket, but from reading about Kayako's support on this forum I'm not holding my breath to receive a response. Thanks Warren  |
