intavnews rss reader in outlook problems - 11-08-2006, 05:53 PM

I decided to try out outlook to read my tickets, just for fun, and installed intravnew's reader for outlook. however, i get this error

yes, i am authenticating.

i have not found a way to validate the feed with a validator because of the authentication. any insight here?
