| Integrate existing application with eSupport -

Is it possible to integrate an existing customer management system (CMS) into eSupport as follows:
1. Admin user logs in to CMS. (Same username/password as Kayako admin account)
2. Admin creates a new Client in CMS see image below.
Can the details on the above page be used to automatically create a Kayako account as per the Insert Staff function?
ie Is there an API that allows me to drive Kayako from another application?
I have been chasing around the forums unable to figure this out so I thought I would ask. |
